About Bigly Sales · Est. 2020 · Miami, Florida
That sentence is the entire reason this company exists. Not the AI. Not the voices. The operation.
We build and run AI outbound and inbound calling systems for teams whose revenue arrives one conversation at a time — and we carry the parts nobody else wants to touch. The carriers. The consent. The state-by-state rules. The CRM plumbing. The moment a qualified lead has to reach a human in under a second.
Most vendors stop at “the AI sounds good.” For the businesses we serve, that is where the work starts.

Why we exist
Thomas Ryan spent years inside sales and operations teams that depended on the phone for every dollar they made. The pattern never changed. A team could afford a floor of human agents and live with the turnover, the coaching, the attendance and the inconsistency — or it could buy calling technology cheap enough to scale and then discover it needed engineers, carrier expertise and a compliance officer to actually run it.
Both roads led to the same place: growth capped by something that had nothing to do with how good the offer was.
Bigly Sales was built to delete that trade-off. Not by selling a voice API, but by taking responsibility for the whole calling operation — the technology, the infrastructure underneath it, the rules around it, and the results coming out of it.
For a mortgage lender, an insurance agency or a real-estate team, the phone call isn’t a channel in a marketing mix. It is the business. We treat it like infrastructure that has to hold, not an experiment that might.
Consent, Do Not Call, time-of-day windows, opt-out capture and audit logging are not toggles you remember to switch on. They are constraints the system enforces on every single call, whether anyone is watching or not.
Minutes dialed and tokens consumed are our problem, not yours. We measure ourselves on conversations that turn into qualified conversations, and conversations that turn into revenue.
AI should absorb the four hundred dials nobody on your team ever wanted to make, so the people you hired can do the part machines are bad at: judgment, nuance, and closing.
Since 2020 that has grown from an idea in Miami into a platform placing more than half a million AI calls a month for 30+ enterprise and mid-market teams — shaped, every step of it, by live inbound queues, real outbound campaigns and actual compliance audits rather than by a roadmap.
Vision & mission
Our vision
We do not believe the future of the call center is unmanned. We believe it is divided correctly. AI takes the repetitive, high-volume, time-sensitive conversations that punish human consistency. People take the conversations that require judgment, empathy and a decision.
AI handles
First dials, qualification, follow-up sequences, confirmations, after-hours and peak-demand inbound.
Your people handle
Complex objections, emotional calls, negotiation, and every decision worth a human voice.
Our mission
Save money
Lower the true cost of every conversation, in sales and in customer support, without lowering the standard of it.
Sound human
Ship AI that listens, adapts and handles an objection — not a script reader that waits for its turn.
Move fast
Answer queries and reach new leads in seconds, at any hour, on any day, at any volume.
Stay compliant
Make the compliant path the default path, so growing faster never means taking on more risk.
What makes us different
There is a long list of work sitting between “the AI sounds good on a demo” and “the phone rings, the right person picks up, and revenue lands in the CRM.” That list is where AI calling projects quietly die. We own all of it.
| A typical AI voice platform | Bigly Sales | |
|---|---|---|
| What you actually get | An API, a dashboard and templates. You assemble the system yourself. | A managed calling system — campaign setup, call logic, routing, optimization and workflow support, configured and run with our team. |
| Numbers & carriers | You source numbers, handle registration, and hope answer rates hold. | We purchase and manage numbers, handle carrier registration and whitelisting, run local presence dialing, and monitor continuously so campaigns don’t drift into “Spam Likely.” |
| Compliance | Features exist. Configuring them — and carrying the liability — is the buyer’s job. | Consent handling, DNC enforcement, time-of-day controls, opt-out detection, suppression and audit logging enforced structurally, on every call, in every state. |
| Who runs it | Your product, engineering or technical ops team. | Our team, working alongside your sales ops, marketing and call-center ops. No developers required. |
| Time to live | Weeks of build, testing and integration work. | Most clients are live within 3 business days, on under an hour of their team’s time. No hardware. |
| Speed to lead | Whatever your stack and your staffing can manage. | Under 60 seconds from form fill — nights, weekends and holidays included. |
| Human handoff | A callback task, or a warm intro email. | A live bridge into the active call, with context passed to your rep so they open on the close, not on discovery. |
| Data back to you | Webhooks you wire up and maintain. | Call outcomes, recordings, transcripts and structured qualification data synced to your CRM in real time. |
| Optimization | Analytics you interpret on your own. | Script, cadence and transfer-condition tuning done with you, reviewed against your conversion data. |
| How success is measured | Minutes and tokens billed. | Your conversions. |
Managed, not self-serve
Campaign build, call logic, routing and ongoing refinement are done with our team. Every account has real people attached to it — which is the least you should expect from a company whose entire product is answering the phone.
Compliance by construction
Federal and state calling rules, consent capture, opt-out handling and audit-ready records are enforced at the system level. Every call follows the same rules every time, which removes the human error that compliance findings are usually made of.
Deliverability
Number provisioning, carrier registration, whitelisting, local presence and continuous reputation monitoring are part of the service — not a support article you get pointed to after answer rates fall.
The human bridge
When a lead qualifies, the AI bridges your rep into the live conversation and passes the context across. No cooling-off period, no re-qualifying a lead who already answered the questions once.
Industry-shaped
Insurance, mortgage and home lending, real estate, healthcare, legal, home services, debt relief, education, telecom, auto warranty, political and advocacy, B2B SaaS — each with its own rules, objections and qualification logic already mapped.
Proven under load
Five years of live inbound queues, outbound campaigns and compliance audits went into this platform. Reliability at volume is the feature; everything else is downstream of it.

A message from our founder
Before Bigly Sales, I worked closely with sales and operations teams whose growth depended almost entirely on the phone. I watched brilliant offers fail to scale for reasons that had nothing to do with the offer — a manager spending their week on attendance instead of strategy, a campaign paused because nobody was certain a state rule allowed it, a list of good leads going cold because there was no one available at 7pm on a Friday to call them.
The tooling available then forced a choice. Systems powerful enough to scale were too expensive or too complex to actually operate. Systems simple enough to operate couldn’t carry real volume or real compliance. So teams did what teams do: they hired more people, absorbed the inconsistency, and called it the cost of doing business.
I don’t think that’s a cost of doing business. I think it’s a solvable engineering and operations problem. That belief is what Bigly Sales is.
We’ve spent the years since 2020 building in production rather than in theory — live inbound queues, real outbound campaigns, real compliance audits, and the everyday demands of teams handling large call volume. That’s an unglamorous way to build a company. It’s also the only way I know to build something a business can bet its pipeline on.
Looking forward
We are staying on voice. Our work goes into deepening AI’s ability to hold a genuine conversation, automating compliance enforcement further, and improving how humans and machines hand work to each other in high-pressure calling environments.
We are not building general-purpose automation. We are building voice infrastructure businesses can rely on.

The line we hire, build and answer the phone against
How we work
Fourteen people across five countries and one shared inbox, building for an industry where the difference between a good vendor and a bad one shows up on a recorded call. Here is what we actually hold each other to.
Our engineers listen to call recordings. Our account managers read transcripts. Nobody on this team ships a change to a calling system they have never heard run.
We sell calling software. It would be absurd to be hard to reach. Clients get named humans, not a ticket queue, and our number is on every page of this website.
If a list, a script or a use case creates risk, we say so early and in plain language. We would rather lose a campaign than hand a client a finding.
You will never get a report you need us to translate. Outcomes, recordings, transcripts and qualification data go straight into your CRM in language your team already uses.

“Profitability is higher, cost is lower, errors are lower… A million percent. Don’t knock it till you try it. Bigly has done a really, really good job for me.”

Case study — lead generation & outsourcing
“If you are going to get into AI instead of human agents, you really need to understand the regulation… you definitely need an AI partner that really understands it. For that reason, I highly recommend Bigly.”
Andrew Chung
Chief Executive Officer, A-Teamwork
“We used to spend the first two hours of every morning just getting through our callback list. Bigly blasts through 400 contacts before anyone on my team logs in. Our reps now spend the whole day on conversations that are already warmed up.”
Marcus T.
VP of Sales, Commercial Real Estate
“I replaced what would’ve been two SDR hires with Bigly. Same pipeline output, no ramp time, no turnover. The cost-per-meeting we’re hitting right now isn’t something I could touch with headcount.”
Priya L.
Founder & CEO, B2B SaaS
“The first week we ran a blast, we booked 11 demos from a list we thought was cold. That list had been sitting untouched for 90 days. It just works.”

Questions
Sales teams and call centers across real estate, insurance, mortgage and home lending, healthcare, legal services, home services, debt relief, education, staffing, telecom and internet providers, auto warranty, political campaigns and advocacy, and B2B SaaS. More than 30 industries run on the platform today.
If your business relies on outbound phone calls to generate appointments or close deals, it is a fit — and the qualification logic for your vertical is likely already mapped.
Yes. Compliance was designed into the platform as a core requirement rather than added as a feature. Consent handling, Do Not Call enforcement, time-of-day controls, opt-out detection, suppression and audit logging are applied at the system level, so every call follows the same rules every time.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining compliant contact lists and consent records. We recommend reviewing the FTC guidance on the Telemarketing Sales Rule alongside your own list-sourcing practices, and we will flag risk in your data before a campaign goes live rather than after.
Most clients are fully live within 3 business days of signing up, and setup takes under one hour of your team’s time. There is no hardware to install and no long implementation project.
No. That is the main difference between Bigly Sales and a developer-first voice platform. Campaign setup, call logic, routing, optimization and workflow support are configured and maintained with our team. The people who use Bigly day to day are sales ops, marketing and call-center ops — not engineers.
It holds a real conversation rather than reading a script. The AI listens, adapts, handles objections and controls pacing without a human prompting it. It is not an IVR menu and it does not wait for a keyword to continue.
The honest answer, though, is that voice quality is table stakes now. What separates a campaign that works from one that doesn’t is everything around the voice: whether the call connects, whether it is compliant, whether a rep is bridged in at the right moment, and whether the result reaches your CRM.
The AI bridges your rep into the live call and passes the context across, so your closer joins a conversation that is already warm instead of starting over from a callback task. Appointment setting and call-based confirmations can be handled entirely by the AI where a live transfer is not needed.
We do. Number purchasing and management, carrier registration and whitelisting, and local presence dialing are part of the service. We also monitor number reputation continuously and rotate before campaigns start getting flagged as “Spam Likely,” because a strong script on a burned number produces nothing.
Under 60 seconds from form submission, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The call fires on the form completion event rather than on a queue interval — which matters, because a lead contacted within five minutes is dramatically more likely to qualify than one contacted an hour later.
Every call returns an automated outcome disposition, a full recording, a transcript, structured qualification data, and any opt-out captured — synced to your CRM in real time through native integration or API. Opt-out and suppression lists are maintained automatically.
Both. Teams commonly use the platform for four workflows: inbound call handling during peak demand or after hours, outbound lead qualification and follow-up, live transfers to human agents at decision points, and appointment setting with call-based confirmations.
Pricing is scoped to your call volume, workflows and the level of campaign management you want, so we quote it on a call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most teams. Book a demo and you will leave the call with a real figure and a projected cost per qualified conversation.
No, and we would not sell it that way. The platform is built on a hybrid model: AI takes the repetitive, high-volume, time-sensitive calls, and your people take the complex, emotional and judgment-based conversations. Clients typically redirect their reps toward warmed conversations rather than reducing the team.
