These program rules summarise how the Bigly Sales affiliate program works and are published so partners can read them before joining. Participation in the program is also governed by the Bigly Sales Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where a conflict arises, those documents control.
Joining the program
The affiliate program is free to join and open to individuals and businesses who can refer companies that buy AI calling pilots. Partners apply at partners.biglysales.com and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at sign-up. Bigly Sales may decline or close an account that breaks the promotion rules below.
Commission
- Rate: partners earn 30% of every pilot purchased by a business they referred.
- Eligible products: any pilot tier, including Starter, Growth and Scale.
- Cap: there is no cap on total earnings.
How referrals are tracked
Referrals are credited two ways:
- A personal referral link, which drops a 90-day cookie in the visitor browser.
- A unique referral code, which can be used by the referred business directly.
Anyone who uses either method is credited to the partner, including deals that close later over a sales call rather than online.
Attribution window
The attribution window is 90 days. If someone clicks a partner link and purchases a pilot within 90 days, the commission belongs to that partner.
What counts as a qualified referral
A qualified referral is a business the partner referred that purchases and pays for a pilot. Sign-ups, demo bookings and unpaid trials are not qualified referrals on their own. Commission is earned on paid pilots.
Payments
Commission is paid weekly, every Friday, via Stripe, to the payment email on the partner account. Partners are responsible for keeping their payment details current and for any taxes owed on what they earn.
Refunds and reversals
If a payment is refunded within 30 days, that single commission is reversed. Everything else the partner has already earned stays theirs.
Promotion rules
Three rules govern how partners may promote Bigly Sales:
- Disclose the paid partnership. Partners must disclose that the relationship is compensated, as required by the United States Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines.
- No brand bidding. Partners must not bid on Bigly Sales brand terms in paid advertising.
- No spam. Partners may only contact people they are legitimately permitted to contact. Unsolicited calls, texts and email that would breach the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act or any equivalent rule are not permitted.
Referrals generated by activity that breaks these rules may be voided, and repeated breaches may end program participation.
Changes to the program
Bigly Sales may update these program rules, including commission rates and payment schedules. Material changes apply going forward and do not retroactively reduce commission already earned on paid pilots.
