Security And Data Privacy
Your Calls Carry Your Customers’ Data. We Treat It That Way.
Every call Bigly Sales makes or answers involves personal information, consent records and conversation content. This page explains plainly how that data is handled, what we log, what we never do with it, and how compliance is enforced on every dial.
Data Handling
How call data is handled
Recordings and transcripts
Every call is recorded and transcribed, then synced to your CRM. The records exist for your compliance and quality review, and they belong to your account.
Consent records
Consent is captured at the lead source and verified before the call connects. Each dial is logged with its consent record, which is exactly the evidence a compliance review asks for.
Your lists stay yours
Lead lists and customer data you bring are used to run your campaigns. They are not sold, shared with other clients or used to build products for anyone else.
Access on your terms
Campaigns are managed by a dedicated account manager under your instructions. You review the agent, the script and the data flows before anything goes live.
Compliance
Compliance enforced before the call, not audited after
Most platforms treat compliance as a report you run later. Bigly Sales runs it as a gate the call must pass first.
- Consent verification runs on every outbound call before it connects. No consent record, no dial.
- Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your internal suppression list on every campaign.
- All traffic runs on registered, whitelisted numbers with monitored reputation, so calls are authenticated under the STIR SHAKEN framework.
- The AI discloses that it is an AI. No impersonation of humans, on any campaign, for any client.
- Calling hours are enforced by the platform, so dials stay inside permitted local time windows.
- Every call is logged with time, number, consent basis, recording and outcome, giving you a complete audit trail.
Commitments
What we never do
- We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
- We never dial numbers without a consent basis, even when a client asks us to.
- We never use one client’s lists, scripts or recordings to benefit another client.
- We never run campaigns that hide the AI’s identity from the person on the phone.
